Ok so we have to create a food blog for 3 consecutive days…
So here goes!
Will try to log my food intake as in detail as I can J
Also found a lovely tool from the Health Promotion Board (HPB) website called “Energy and Nutrient Composition of Foods” (http://www.hpb.gov.sg/hpb/ere/ere070105.asp) which I shall be using to keep track of my consumption!
