“Calories & fat requirement: Your daily energy requirement is estimated to be 1883kcal a day. This is the amount of calories from food that will balance the calories your body burns, thus maintanining your weight. For weight loss, you should consume fewer calories and be more active. If you need to gain weight, consume more calories than your body requires while maintaining regular physical activity.
Your estimated fat allowance is 52g-63g/day. Fat is an essential nutrient for health, so you need some fat in your diet. However, fat is a concentrated source of energy. A diet high in fat can provide excessive calories and may lead to weight gain over time. ”

Think I’ve found a tool that can gather all the information succinctly, and maybe also explain why I am precariously close to being overweight… stay tuned tomorrow!
